The role

Help People Move from Homelessness to Housing—And Stay There. Endeavor Health Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join their Safe Options Support (SOS) Team, delivering Critical Time Intervention (CTI) to individuals experiencing street homelessness.

What you'll do

  • Deliver field-based outreach and engagement
  • Provide brief, targeted clinical interventions
  • Collaborate daily with SOS teammates and community partners
  • Participate in hospital discharge planning and care transitions
