The role
The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Advisor (MHPSS) Technical Advisor is responsible for leading the technical direction and operationalization of community-based psychosocial support initiatives within SEED, a local NGO in Iraq.
What you'll do
- Serve as the technical authority for the thematic pillar
- Translate SEED’s strategic goals into actionable interventions
- Lead the creation of SOPs, policies, and guidance documents
- Ensure all technical products are culturally sensitive
- Provide technical advice to support program development and implementation
- Contribute to the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Public Health
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in technical leadership or advisory roles
