The role
Eliot is seeking a Mental and Behavioral Health Coach to support children from birth to three years old with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with childcare programs and families
- Provide behavior coaching on site at childcare programs/family child care homes for young children with challenging behaviors
- Provide support and modeling regarding behavior management strategies
- Provide support, training, and resources regarding classroom management techniques
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual behavior support plans
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with young children with challenging behaviors and/or mental health issues
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
