The role
The MEL Officer will support the STRIDES project in Morocco by maintaining and implementing monitoring and evaluation processes, training staff, and providing technical support and guidance.
What you'll do
- Assists in providing technical support in the development and dissemination of tools, materials, reports, papers, and intervention for projects
- Monitors and maintains protocols, instruments, data sets, manuals, training materials, and reports
- Supports training and capacity strengthening for monitoring and evaluation
- Supports the smooth functioning of STRIDES monitoring and evaluation systems
- Supports the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, and other documents
- Provides administrative and logistic support to technical team, training, events, meetings, and other activities
What it takes
- Bachelor's Degree or its International equivalent in Public Health, Data Science or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience managing data collection, monitoring, evaluation, capacity strengthening in the country, and technical assistance experience
- Fluent in French and Arabic, working knowledge in English is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite
