FHI 360 is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Director for the upcoming MCC Belize Training and Transitioning to Work Activity. What you'll do
- Design and implement the project's comprehensive MEL plan and evaluation activities.

What it takes
- Master’s degree in evaluation, demography, social science, or economics.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating education or social-sector programs.
- Proven expertise in USG-funded project M&E system design.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software such as Stata, SAS, or SPSS.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish and Belizan Creole proficiency preferred.
