The role

The MEL Associate at Inkomoko will support data collection and management in Rwanda, focusing on data quality, organization, and reporting.

What you'll do

  • Support the manager in data collection and data quality checks
  • Conduct quarterly routine data quality assessment
  • Design and refine both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools
  • Train field staff on data collection tools and processes
  • Supervise enumerators during data collection
  • Lead focus group discussions

What it takes

  • University degree in Statistics, Economics and Mathematics
  • Fluent English and Kinyarwanda
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in data analysis, data collection, Research and Monitoring & Evaluation
