What you'll do

- Conduct weekly 1:1 supervisions with direct reports to provide coaching and mentorship.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, timesheets, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and share knowledge on methodology with other teams.
- Maintain clinical competence in laboratory collection, specimen processing, and EHR documentation.
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program or EMT-Basic certification.
- Certification in basic life support (CPR).
- Preferred experience as a supervisor.
- One year of experience as a Medical Assistant/EMT working for CCH preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
