The role
The MEARL Intern will support the MEARL Assistant in program quality assurance, monitoring reporting and verification of data reported from tree nurseries, seedlings planted, accountability sessions, documentation, and learning.
What you'll do
- Supporting data collection, collation, entry, analysis, and use for decision-making
- Maintaining the MRV (CommCare) system
- Providing summaries and regular trend monitoring in Commcare data system
- Participating in community feedback sessions and beneficiary FGDs
- Supporting data quality audit, spot checks, and on-job trainings
What it takes
- Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Demography, Population Studies, Development Studies
- Excellent organizing, facilitating, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Competent IT skills
