The role

What you'll do

  • Mettre en œuvre le dispositif MEAL des activités de communication sur les risques et engagement communautaire, de redevabilité et de protection intégrée
  • Collaborer avec les équipes RCCE et Protection afin d’harmoniser les indicateurs, les sources de données, les désagrégations, les fréquences de collecte, les responsabilités de rapportage et les critères de qualité
  • Collecter, enregistrer, catégoriser et suivre les feedbacks, plaintes, demandes d’information et préoccupations provenant de tous les canaux
  • Conduire ou soutenir des sessions de feedback, groupes de discussion, entretiens avec des informateurs clés, mini-enquêtes et autres consultations communautaires
  • Former et accompagner les équipes IRC, partenaires et relais communautaires sur les outils de collecte, catégories de feedback, référencement, collecte sûre et éthique, confidentialité, protection des données et utilisation des résultats
