The role
The role involves setting up and managing an M&E framework/system for a project, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as leading community-based feedback mechanisms and ensuring project accountability and transparency.
What you'll do
- Support in the planning and developing of M&E system and tools
- Facilitate the collection of baselines and endline data and ongoing data collection and analysis
- Lead in the gathering, sharing, consolidation and dissemination of lessons from community members
- Prepare monthly M&E report and ad-hoc M&E report as requested
- Ensure the application of Action Against Hunger’s Log Kit forms and procedures
- Report any security or other incidents in the field
What it takes
- University degree, preferably in international development, statistics, social sciences, demography, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning
- Excellent English and Filipino speaking and writing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Previous exposure and experience in assessment, monitoring, or evaluation of projects
- Valuable prior experience in issues related to the promotion of gender equality or personal commitment to gender equality
