MEAL Manager

The role

The role is for a MEAL Manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). What you'll do

• Champion accountability by strengthening community feedback mechanisms.
• Support proposal development, logframes, and theory of change.
• Lead the rollout of digital MEAL systems and information management platforms.

What it takes

• At least 6 years of progressive MEAL experience (3 in management).
• Experience with humanitarian or displacement programs in complex environments.
• Expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, accountability, and learning.
• Proven track record working with local partners.
