The role

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Lead will serve on the Senior Management Team for the EFASS programme in South Sudan, responsible for developing and implementing a robust MEAL strategy. This role involves overseeing data systems, conducting impact evaluations, and ensuring that evidence-based findings inform adaptive management and decision-making for the project. The Lead will provide technical leadership, supervise staff, and communicate complex results to stakeholders, including FCDO and the Ministry of General Education and Instruction.
