The role
The MEAL Coordinator will lead the field implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems in Welikanda and Rideemaliyadda DS Divisions for the Mihikatha Lanka Project.

- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Town Planning, or a Related Field
- 3 years of working experience in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, or related field
- Ability to read, write and speak in English and Sinhala (Managing Tamil language will be an advantage)
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
