The role

The incumbent will support the development and refinement of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks to inform effective Results Based Management methodologies in Ukraine’s Green Energy Recovery Programme.

What you'll do

  • Support development and refinement of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks
  • Prepare project operational and administrative reports
  • Coordinate data collection and analysis from field visits
  • Support the management of routine data collection in IMRP
  • Facilitate knowledge management and capacity building

What it takes

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with secondary education or 4 years with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English
  • Experience in M&E, reporting, and results-based management
  • Knowledge of information management systems
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization
