The role
The M&E Associate will support the operationalization and strengthening of the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system in the UNDP Morocco Country Office, contributing to data collection, analysis, report production, and quality assurance.
What you'll do
- Support the implementation of the Country Office M&E system
- Contribute to the design, update, and monitoring of results frameworks
- Ensure consistency of project indicators with those of the CPD, UNSDCF, etc.
- Contribute to the production of programmatic and corporate reports
- Support the planning, implementation, and follow-up of decentralized evaluations

- Minimum of 6 years (with high school diploma) or 3 years (with bachelor’s degree) of progressively responsible professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, programme/project management, results-based management, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of M&E systems/frameworks is required
- Good understanding of all aspects of project management is required
- Experience in the collection, processing, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data is required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Experience in drafting programmatic reports in English and/or French is required
