The role

Assisting the Projects Team with management of ongoing projects, including tracking deliverables and facilitating internal and external communications and coordination.

  • Support with the team’s administrative needs, including scheduling meetings and taking meeting notes
  • Assist in preparing and updating project folders and documents
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between clients, consultants, and internal team members
  • Support with research tasks when available
  • Work alongside experienced professionals on a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Handle additional junior-level responsibilities as required
