The role
FHI 360 is seeking an M&E Advisor – Nutrition to support the EpiC project in Mozambique, focusing on improving maternal, neonatal, and child health outcomes.
What you'll do
- Support the adaptation of tools for monitoring output indicators
- Ensure nutrition data quality and support continuous quality improvement (CQI)
- Conduct routine monitoring visits to project sites and data quality assessments
- Provide support and guidance on project M&E activities
- Implement capacity-building strategies for partners, government representatives, and other stakeholders
- Promote the integration of community-level nutrition data into national health information systems
What it takes
- Master's degree or its equivalent in public health, social sciences, statistics, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in M&E for donor-funded health projects
- Demonstrated technical expertise in nutrition monitoring and evaluation
- Solid knowledge of SISMA and health facility reporting tools (MISAU)
- Experience working with community health systems and integrating community and facility-level data
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
