The role

The Material Handler II at Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is responsible for the efficient movement, sorting, and processing of donated materials within the plant facility. This role involves operating forklifts, managing salvage commodities, and leading Material Handler I staff to ensure operational compliance with Kaizen and OSHA standards. The position requires manual labor, inventory tracking, and providing excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors.
