Mastery Teaching Residency - SY 2026-27

The role

The Mastery Teaching Residency is an innovative, multi-year program designed to prepare aspiring educators for a successful teaching career through hands-on training and mentorship. Participants receive high-quality professional development, academic coursework leading to a Master's degree, and Pennsylvania Teaching Certification while working in a full-time support teaching role. Upon successful completion, residents are prepared to transition into full-time lead teaching positions within the Mastery school network.
