Master Teacher

The role

The KIPP Master Teacher is a high-impact instructional leader responsible for driving academic excellence through model teaching, teacher mentorship, and grade-level leadership. This role serves as a content specialist who facilitates professional development, analyzes student data, and mentors a team of 2–5 educators. Additionally, the position involves integrating real-world learning experiences and industry connections into the curriculum to prepare students for college and career success.
