Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The role

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development to strengthen Senior Neighbors’ brand presence, donor engagement, and community outreach. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing digital and print communications, and supporting fundraising initiatives through creative campaigns, storytelling, and events.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies
• Manage the organization’s communications plan and calendar
• Maintain the organization’s website and social media
• Create and manage content calendars for marketing campaigns and donor communications
• Support donor stewardship with content for thank-you and impact communications

What it takes

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in marketing, communications, or event promotion; non-profit experience preferred
• Experience supporting fundraising or donor communications preferred
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
