The role
Success Academy is seeking a Manager, Process Excellence & Project Management to drive strategic operational improvements and project execution across the organization.
What you'll do
- Own and manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional process improvement projects.
- Partner with business and functional teams to map current-state workflows.
- Lead focused Problem Solving Process (PSP) sessions and Kaizen events.
- Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement and promote foundational PE tools.
- Support the delivery and improvement of the internal PE training program.

- 6-7 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, operational excellence, lean business systems, or technical project management.
- Lean Six Sigma proficiency (LSS Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
