The role

What you'll do
- Oversee the development of technical components of RBF instruments and data-driven performance management systems
- Lead the creation of proposals and client deliverables
- Manage project budgets and contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Plan, delegate, and oversee tasks to achieve results within the team
- Propose, structure, and oversee data analyses to draw actionable insights/hypotheses
- Prepare and deliver clear and effective presentations to stakeholders
What it takes
- At least 6 years of experience for Senior Associates or at least 8 years of experience for Managers
- Experience in international development, management/strategy consulting, and/or public sector
- Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business, or related fields
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English. Professional working proficiency in French is an added advantage
