Manager of ESL Programs
The role
The Manager of ESL Programs will drive academic outcomes for emergent bilingual students by leveraging content-based language instruction and providing instructional coaching. This role involves partnering with school leaders to implement multilingual frameworks, monitoring data to close achievement gaps, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. The manager will facilitate professional learning communities and support teachers in achieving Bilingual/ESL certifications.
