What you'll do
- Manage, develop and deliver action-oriented campaign plans focused on enhancing volunteer engagement for select national initiatives
- Own and lead a portfolio of national initiatives focused on engaging supporters in violence prevention in key territories
- Proactively and reactively communicate with supporters and volunteers in key territories to establish and build relationships
- Initiate and ideate tactics to deliver impact to national engagement strategies and goals
- Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts to stay abreast of relevant developments and partnerships that impact campaign plans
- Regularly evaluate and assess effectiveness of campaigns and initiate pivots as necessary
