What you'll do

• Lead grant-funded human services programs with oversight of case managers and support staff.
• Manage the entire participant experience from initial recruitment through program completion.
• Oversee operational and financial management to ensure compliance with program budgets.
• Build and maintain internal and external partnerships to facilitate resource referrals.
• Direct staff development, training, and performance management to ensure model fidelity.

What it takes

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with at least 3-7 years of managerial experience.
• Professional background in Social Services, Nonprofit Management, or Education.
• Proven experience developing or overseeing large-scale community programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance coverage required.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
