The role
The Manager, Major Giving East will support the USA Philanthropy East team in handling high-net-worth donor portfolios, collaborating with Officers to implement fundraising strategies, and managing donor communications and stewardship.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with assigned Officer(s) to carry out strategies for high-net-worth individuals
- Draft correspondence supporting Officer’s interactions with the portfolio
- Support the payments for bank transactions
- Assist in creating materials for external prospect and donor meetings
- Supervise and manage donor and prospect expectations
- Manage information flows between donors, prospects, and program staff

- 2-3 years previous work experience in development or fundraising
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with CRM databases, including Salesforce
- Ability to meet deadlines with quality products
