- Master's degree in Communications, Public Policy, International Development or a related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in advocacy, strategic communications, government relations, partnerships or external engagement
- Deep knowledge of the Indian policy landscape
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong interpersonal skills with sound judgement and diplomacy
