The role

Per Scholas is seeking a Major Gifts Officer, Northeast, to identify, cultivate, and secure five- and six-figure contributions by deepening relationships with donors across key Northeast markets. This role involves regular, high-touch engagement, including donor meetings, campus visits, and small-group events.

  • Lead and orchestrate the solicitation of major gifts
  • Steward a portfolio of current donors while identifying new prospects
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of a major gifts program
