The role

The Major Gifts Manager will lead the major gift prospect management program for two business units within the Midwest Division, focusing on pipeline development and donor strategy. This role involves leveraging fundraising analytics, managing prospect portfolios, and driving team accountability to meet strategic fundraising goals. The successful candidate will act as a liaison across departments, providing training on database management and donor systems to ensure organizational success.
