What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive participant care
- Accurate and thorough documentation
- Effective care coordination
- Monitor participants' vital signs
- Administer medications
- Supervise MAT induction
What it takes
- Current LVN/LPN with New Mexico
- Demonstrated knowledge of Substance Use Disorders, Mental Health, and Crisis Intervention
- Experience in similar settings with increased shift responsibility/leadership
- CPR/First Aid/AED certified
- NM driver’s license and good driving record
- Bilingual fluency in at least one of New Mexico threshold languages
