The role
The incumbent will support supply chain data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence and data-model development activities, including SAP (Umoja) Analytics/United Nations Business Intelligence data models, data pipelines, management reporting and analytics products supporting vendor registration and outreach activities.
What you'll do
- Support supply chain data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence and data-model development activities
- Develop methodologies and tools to enable collection, validation, transformation and analysis of data
- Formulate Standard Operating Procedures for measuring KPIs for vendor registration and outreach processes
- Develop dashboards for Business Intelligence and contribute to the development of business requirement documents
- Ensure accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business administration or related field
- Experience developing analytical tools and data pipelines for management reporting and performance metrics
- Experience applying data science approaches such as statistical analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive modelling or process mining
- Certification in data engineering, data science or business intelligence tools is desirable
