The role
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistics activities related to the core pipeline operations. The role ensures the timely, safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement, storage, handling, and delivery of pipeline materials, equipment, and related resources from suppliers and storage locations to project sites.
What you'll do
- Establish and operationalize the pipeline logistics structure, tools and workflows.
- Set up effective stock management, tracking, replenishment and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate initial procurement, transportation, warehousing and pre-positioning of pipeline supplies.
- Ensure smooth handover and coordination with the Supply Chain Specialist and relevant field teams.

- Bachelor or Masters degree in related field.
- Experience in the humanitarian sector: 3 years.
- Experience on a similar position: 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics management, including procurement, transportation, warehousing and stock management.
- Experience in pipeline and inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment.
- Strong understanding of international freight and last-mile delivery operations.
