The role
The Logistics Assistant will support the effective management of UNFPA Senegal programme activities in procurement and administration under the supervision of the Procurement Associate.
What you'll do
- Support full compliance of logistics activities with UNFPA’s rules, regulations, policies and strategies
- Provide travel and logistics support for CO conferences, workshops, retreats
- Support the preparation and implementation of CO procurement plans
- Support vendors performance appraisals process
What it takes
- Completed Secondary Level Education is required
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in administrative, Logistics or office management
- Fluency in French is required and working knowledge of English is desirable
