The role
The Logistics and Inventory Management Officer (LIMO) will support the Field Admin. Associate Manager in managing recipient mobile phones and other GiveDirectly assets and supplies, ensuring secure storage, tracking inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records.
What you'll do
- Oversee receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch of recipient phones and other assets
- Organize warehouse layout and enforce safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of asset levels and conduct regular counts
- Support the sourcing and setup of field office locations
- Coordinate with ICT Associate Manager on IT-related logistics
What it takes
- 2+ years experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management
