The role
The Local Mobiliser will support the implementation of the Periferia Viva – Santo André/Nova Centreville project and its related social work activities, promoting community participation and engagement.
What you'll do
- Promote community participation and engagement
- Support organization and holding of meetings, workshops, assemblies, and other spaces for social participation
- Clearly communicate project information to the community
- Ensure technical activities are aligned with quality expectations
- Elaborate and deliver a Monthly Activity Report in a timely manner
What it takes
- High School diploma or additional two years of relevant technical experience
- Minimum four years of experience in social mobilization activities, work in community organization, and related areas
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Good computer skills in Windows and Office packages
- Professionalism, planning and organization, communication, teamwork
