The role

The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons by preventing accidents and responding efficiently to aquatic emergencies. This role involves monitoring pool conditions, enforcing safety rules, and maintaining a clean and professional environment. Additionally, the lifeguard will provide quality member service, perform routine pool maintenance, and document safety incidents accurately.
