Life and Career Coach

The role

Eliot is seeking a Life and Career Coach to support court-involved youth ages 13 to 21 within their Juvenile Justice division. The role focuses on helping youth achieve educational and employment goals through mentorship, life skills training, and case management. The coach will collaborate with community partners to secure internships and job opportunities while assisting in the transition to independent living.
