The role
PATH is seeking a Senior Director to lead homelessness response initiatives and provide strategic leadership, program oversight, and fiscal management in Los Angeles, CA.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of a regional homelessness response strategy
- Oversee a portfolio of programs such as outreach, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing
- Direct the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all programs
- Manage a complex portfolio of public and private funding streams
- Serve as the organization’s senior representative to county agencies and other partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of directors, managers, and program staff

- Current and active licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Science (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
