What you'll do
- Monitor and document medication self-administration during shifts.
- Assess physical medical issues and coordinate with staff for acute care needs.
- Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities.
- Deliver strength-based and solution-focused treatment interventions.
- Assist clients with risk management, safety plans, and WRAP planning.
What it takes
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree).
- Current LPN license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- One-year experience in an acute mental health or dual diagnosis setting (preferred).
