The role

Prosper Health is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide telehealth therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults. The role offers a high-degree of flexibility in scheduling and focuses on providing affirming care to an underserved population. Clinicians will work within a growing, mission-driven team that manages administrative tasks like insurance billing and client acquisition.

What you'll do

• Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
• Manage client-centered care in a neurodiversity-affirming environment
• Provide evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, or ACT

What it takes

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities
• Interest in working with the neurodivergent community
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms
• Experience with telehealth preferred but not required
