Endeavor Health Services is seeking a full-time Licensed Criminal Justice Specialist to provide counseling, behavioral health support, and care coordination to individuals involved in the criminal justice system. What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral health, criminogenic risk, and needs assessments
- Develop individualized treatment and service plans
- Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices
- Coordinate services with interdisciplinary team members
- Help individuals navigate court, probation requirements, and other barriers to successful reentry
- Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning when needed
