The role
WellPower is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join the Right Start for Infant Mental Health team in Denver, CO. This role provides trauma-informed, dyadic mental health assessments and therapy for children aged birth to five and their caregivers. The position involves both office-based work at the Dahlia Campus and community-based services, requiring candidates to be fluent in Spanish.
What you'll do
- Provide diagnostic mental health assessments for children ages 5 and under.
- Deliver infant-parent, child-parent, and family therapy services.
- Perform case management, including referrals and community advocacy.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with agency standards.
- Coordinate care with community partners to support healthy development.
What it takes
- Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or human service field.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- At least three years of experience working with children ages 5 and younger.
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) preferred.
- Ability to perform physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.
