The role
WellPower is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide direct mental health assessments, trauma-informed therapy, and crisis intervention. The role involves working within a collaborative clinical team to support individuals through recovery and treatment planning. This position requires active engagement in clinical record-keeping, coordination of care, and the ability to perform mental health hold evaluations.
What you'll do

What it takes
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services.
- Must be an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist (or license eligible).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with moderate to severe mental health challenges.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and clinical confidentiality.
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency and EMDR certification are preferred.
