The role

LISC is seeking a Lending Support Specialist to support national and local lending activities, manage the lending pipeline, ensure data integrity, and contribute to impact measurement.

What you'll do

  • Administer weekly loan Intake agendas and materials
  • Support the loan intake pipeline by gathering and distributing feedback on early-stage underwriting concerns
  • Ensure high-quality data in LISC’s loan systems, including data entry and maintenance
  • Support data analysis on loan commitments and key performance indicators for monthly, semi-annual, annual, and ad hoc reporting to senior management
  • Oversee the solicitation, bid review, and engagement of third-party due diligence providers

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work-related experience in lending and underwriting support
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Salesforce
