The role
LISC is seeking a Lending Support Specialist to support national and local lending activities, manage the lending pipeline, ensure data integrity, and contribute to impact measurement.
What you'll do
- Administer weekly loan Intake agendas and materials
- Support the loan intake pipeline by gathering and distributing feedback on early-stage underwriting concerns
- Ensure high-quality data in LISC’s loan systems, including data entry and maintenance
- Support data analysis on loan commitments and key performance indicators for monthly, semi-annual, annual, and ad hoc reporting to senior management
- Oversee the solicitation, bid review, and engagement of third-party due diligence providers

- Minimum 5 years of professional work-related experience in lending and underwriting support
- Strong quantitative skills
