- Analyze leave data to identify trends and compliance risks for HR leadership.
What it takes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering leave programs for medium to large employers.
- Proven experience administering ADA accommodations and workers’ compensation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a benefits-related field.
- Valid driver’s license (may be waived based on experience).
