Learning Engineer

The role

Playlab is seeking a Learning Engineer to serve as an embedded partner for a cohort of 13 lab schools redesigning their curricula around AI. The role involves hands-on building of custom AI tools, providing instructional coaching to educators, and documenting insights into an open-source playbook. This position requires someone who can manage long-term school partnerships while remaining flexible enough to support broader organizational initiatives.
