The role

The Learning & Development Specialist will design and coordinate annual learning plans, facilitate staff development, and manage training initiatives for the Chicagoland team. This role involves curating educational resources, evaluating training outcomes, and fostering organizational growth through strategic skill assessments. Additionally, the specialist will manage SharePoint resources and organize staff meetings and events to promote a unified, mission-aligned culture.
