Altamont Group is seeking efficient, detail-oriented, and creative Learning & Development Consultants for project-based engagements to support curriculum development, instructional design, training, and eLearning.
What you'll do
- Support project-based engagements across curriculum development, instructional design, training, and eLearning
- Contribute to high-quality learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and aligned with client needs
- Develop instructional materials such as presentations, manuals, facilitator guides, and curricula
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and blended learning solutions
- Develop eLearning content and digital modules
- Familiarity with SCORM standards, LMS platforms, and tools such as Articulate 360

- Advanced academic qualifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration
- Demonstrated experience in training, instructional design, curriculum development, eLearning, or capacity building
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proven ability to create instructional materials such as presentations, manuals, facilitator guides, and curricula
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and blended learning solutions
- Experience developing eLearning content and digital modules
